# Spark Store

Earned by moving and playing. Spent on cosmetic extras for your pet.
No ads, no subscription, ever. Sparks come from the Bursts your pet earns when you move and play, and everything in the Spark Store is a cosmetic extra: nothing here is needed to unlock a kingdom, play a game or grow your pet.

## Earning Sparks

Every Burst gives you a choice: feed it to your pet for growth, or convert it to Sparks. Converting is a deliberate tap in the Wallet tab of the Spark Stash, and nothing converts on its own. Each Burst type has its own rate:

🏃
Workout Burst
5 ✨

⚡
Activity Burst
2 ✨

🎓
Brain Burst
1 ✨

Brain Bursts from games you start in the Spark Stash count for up to 10 per day.
New players get a welcome gift of 150 Sparks on first launch, enough for one wand. The Store opens on the wand that matches your pet's kingdom, or the Magician's Wand if you have not chosen a kingdom yet.

## Spending Sparks

Two groups of cosmetic extras, bought with Sparks in the Store tab. Each is a one-time purchase that stays yours.

[🪄 Magic Wands Nine wands for your pet's hand, each with its own tap effect. 140 ✨ each, or 240 ✨ for Zip Zap. See every wand →](/spark-store/wands/)
[🌈 World Effects Five full-screen effects layered over your pet. 240 ✨ each, one active at a time. See every world effect →](/spark-store/world-effects/)
[🎩 Hats Ten hats for your pet: a hat for every day of the week, plus three wildcards. See every hat →](/spark-store/hats/)

## Buying more Sparks

In a hurry? You can also buy Sparks with real money, in four packs. The App Store shows each price in your local currency.

## The parental gate

On Apple Watch, buying a Spark pack sits behind a parental gate: turn the Digital Crown to the answer of a simple multiplication problem before the purchase goes through. Payment is handled by the App Store, so the app never stores your card details.
